Sims 4 "Get To Work" Not really working.

Hello, i'v been using your downloads for a very long time, Ever since Sims 3. My Sims 4, I had NO issues. After the fixes. Everything was fine. I was really excited for the "Get to work" expansion pack. As soon as I download it.. It freezes on the loading screen. Iv had no issues like this before until after installing. So I did my research on the forums and found out that YES I did have a lot of Custom Content. After removing it all, the problem still occurred. I completely removed the game from my laptop. And re installed it. It works completely fine as a BASE game. I try installing the "Get to work" pack and nothing happens. I followed all directions. And Its just Base game items. NO signs of the expansion pack "Get to work" or pools and other newly items in the game. Your feedback and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
