Re-installation problems.

I downloaded the sims 3 some time ago and it worked fine however I needed to make space on my hard drive so I deleted it.

now I am trying to reinstall it and I am getting {pic related}

thing is... there is nothing to uninstall. I removed the game months ago.

any help on this would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum,

How did you "delete" the game ? Did you uninstall it properly (the way it is normally meant to be), from the System Control Panel ? If not, it can be a tedious task to "clean" any leftovers of the program.

But as you may notice, the "layout" doesn't look all that good, and hence it may not be comfortable reading the guide. But in essence, it shows you where to navigate to, if you need to clean up program leftovers "manually".
