I don't have a mod folder to install my package files.

I had the *** mods of my sims 3 on my friends laptop so i decided to download the same things on my computer. But the mods folder isnt in my  ThisPC/windows(c:)/programs files (x86)/ Origin Games /The Sims3/ Games/ Bin. i download the files framework from the previous post and copy and paste it there and still doesn't work. Idk if it is because i have expansions packs pets and seasons on there that it doesn't work.

Can you please help me to figure out why it isn't registering that the packs have been added?
