Mass Effect 2 - Game Crashing at Legion Quest

Hi everyone!
I have been playing ME2 without problems so far and everything was just great until the final cutscene on Recover IFF quest (AKA: Legion Recruiting Quest). After shooting some enemies and approaching the computer console, a cutscene/whatever is triggered and my game just goes dark and I then the "program stopped working" pops-up.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

1) Do you have an updated version of graphic card driver? 

2) Where do you get your ME 2?
