vcredist_x64

vcredist_x64 Empty vcredist_x64

Hello,

when I try to install vcredist_x64.exe then a window shows up and says that the setup can only be installed on WinXP SP1 (x64) or newer platforms.

I tried already to download and install it from microsoft.com but it's the same problem..

With vcredist_x84.exe I had no problem

What can I do?

Hi there,

Are you running a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows? vcredist_x64 is for x64 machines only. If you're running 32-bit, you only need the vcredist_x86.

Oh really? And yes, I have 32-bit system. The installation guide says to install both of them and the x86 made no problems.
