Sims3 University. Exe error message. [SOLVED] Empty Sims3 University. Exe error message. [SOLVED]

Hello I downloaded sims3 University from here and I'm having a error message  when I run Sims3ep09setup. Exe.. I run Windows 8 BTW can't give a screenshot because I have no idea if it violates the rules so I will put what I see.


It shows a red X on upper left hand corner and the box says

>SetupNew\setup.cpp(140)

Hello there and welcome to the Games4theWorld forums.

Extract the TS3 University archive using WinRAR. Using any other program to extract it might be the cause why it's causing those errors. It's also posted here.
