how to add or use custom contents in sims 3 medievel?

As far as I know, there is no custom content for sims medieval. There are expansions that give more to the gameplay. I will look into this further to see if I can dig up anything.

But yes, I haven't seen too much CC/mods for Sims Medieval either. The game was never really popular, and always stood in the shadows of The Sims 3. Hence there doesn't/didn't seem to be much need or interest for any CC...

Hi there,
CC stands for "Custom Content". That's extra stuff that you add to your game. (E.g. new interior stuff, clothes, hairstyles)
