TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2
Hey,
yesterday I downloaded Sims 4 and some Sims 3 EPs, but for some reason Avira finds the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen 2 trojan in the .exe file of the games. Also, I feel like my PC is way slower since I have installed Sims 4 and Sims 3 University (deleted/deinstalled Sims 4 already because of the trojan) and I have already run a full virus-scan to see if there was any other kind of virus that could slow down my PC but Avira only found the trojan. I've read that most of you are convinced that all downloads are 100% clean but I'm kinda paranoid Downloaded all of them directly from the games4theworld page. Could this be a false-positive find?

Welcome to the forum,
Short answer: yes, this is a false positive. Due to how these modern cracks work (they need to emulate Origin/Steam program behavior), they are almost always picked up as "virusses", even though they aren't.
