Can't Run Sims3Setup. [SOLVED]

I downloaded the complete collection and read the instructions to installing it but the first step doesn't work, I just get this error. I don't know what to do.

Welcome to the Games4theworld Forum!
Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRAR, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRAR, like WinZip or 7-Zip, the files will usually get messed up!)
After opening the .rar file using WinRAR, select all the files in it and drag & drop them to an empty folder on your Desktop. When the extraction has finished, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop. 
Now start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt", and you should be able to get the game to work yourself.

Yeah that's probably the issue, I'm using 7zip now. I tried downloading Winrar on your website but it's been 10 minutes now and it hasn't started downloading.

You mean installing, right?
After extracting the .RAR file, did you run the Setup.exe?

Nuh uh, I meant downloading. It just sat in my download thing at 0 kbps for like 10 minutes and I gave up. I'll try again now.

Update: It downloaded immediately this time and I installed Winrar. I'm now installing The Sims 3. Thanks bunches.
