Help me please (Error During Update Sims 3).

I download The Sims 3 , The Sims 3 University it was work Perfectly but When I download Update TS3_1.67.2.0240xx_update During Install it gave me CRC Error
" CRC error : The file C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The SIms 3\GameData\Shared\Packages\DeltaBuild0.package doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file. The Medium from which you are running the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor "
I pressed Ignore
That was 1st Error and 2nd one was

I pressed Ignore too
3rd One

I pressed Ignore for the 3rd Time
and When It Finish and I put the crack in it's Place and I open the Game it give me White screen with Green bar Down that was loading bar and AFter it finish and I open new Game it give me also White screen with Green bar and After it Finish the game Closed
How can I fix that ?

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Try un-installing all your Sims 3 games, and re-boot the computer after that. Now...you should use the program WinRAR for extracting the contents of Games4theworld's games. You can get WinRAR version 4.20 from here (install instructions are included):

You must open the downloads (which are .RAR files, if you downloaded from G4TW) with the program WinRAR only; don't use any other program. Now extract the contents of the .RAR into a single folder.
Re-start the installation from within the folder.
Did you download the "Complete Collection" of Sims 3, from us ?

I didn't Download the Base Game From G4TW I download it from another place but I download The Sims 3 - University Life from G4TW I will Un-install all The Sims 3 and restart the PC

So install the base game first and then update the game.
Your base game download/installation seems corrupted though, so you might want to download our version of the base game from www.games4theworld.org - it's called "The Sims 3".
Alternatively, if you want more/all expansion packs too, just download our "The Sims 3: The Complete Collection" download. It has ALL The Sims 3 games included, and the manual patch is included too. So no more need to follow the steps from the link above, just follow the instructions that come with that "Complete Collection" download.
