Problem with Hidden Springs

Hey There:

I noticed as I have just started playing Hidden Springs, the rejuvenating center doesn't look like the one in the images that I have seen????

Does this mean other things might be wrong?

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if this is the correct section to post this problem but I am a first time user and I beg your pardon if I am posting in the wrong section.

The issue is that I have downloaded Hidden Springs for my sims 3 but whenever I try to play that town everything that loads up is red in colour. All the other towns load fine but its only the Hidden Springs one that does not work properly. Its the same thing happening with any new world that I install. The game plays ok but everything is red in color. The built-in towns (Bridgeport, Twin Brook) work fine though.

I would really appreciate if you could help me out and guide me in the right direction.

I have the following expansion packs installed:

World Adventures, Ambitions, Late night & Generations.

I have tried updating the game and also tried using the ultimate fix but its still the same.

Please Help.

Yes video drivers are all updated, I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing all the games but its still doing the same thing.

Only new worlds that i install appear in red color.
