Items removed error

Hi guys,
Since the last patch I get an error when I place a (downloaded) lot from my gallery. It doesn't seem to be a new problem (as there are more hits on Google). This is the message I get:
As it basically deletes all my furniture, windows and rooms it's getting a bit annoying. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Is the house made with CC that you don't own?

I can't tell because it's removed once I place the house. I do know that before the last patch, I never had this problem.

Theoretically the lot you downloaded could have contained stuff from the NEW patch of The Sims 4 (version 1.8.61.1020), like new DLC items. But the current "Ultimate fix" crack only supports version 1.7.65.1020. But that's more of an assumption, I guess.
Have you tried downloading other houses ? Does the same message pop up too ?
