Out Of Range Error
Hello, I came here to ask for help as I've decided to move on from the Sims 3 to play Sims 4. But then, after installing it correctly I encountered a new problem which is the "Out of Range" Error. It says 67.7/60hz, I tried Run In 640x480 Resolution and yet I still get this black screen.
What can I do for this? I play on Windows 7 Professional and the game is on my Local Disk D:\ Drive (I transferred it from C:\ because D:\ is more spacious.)
btw, Windows 7 Professional doesn't come with My Games. Therefore, what are my options? I really want to play the game.

Re: Out Of Range Error
Hello,
Have you tried running the game in window mode?
This should fix your black screen.
To change to window mode without opening the game
1. go to The Sims 4 folder in your Documents folder.
2. look for Options.ini and open with Notepad
3. look for fullscreen = 1
4. change it to fullscreen = 0
5. go to File and click Save
6. launch the game
Good luck!

Hi! Found a way to work it myself, I went to Origin and clicked My Games then added TS4 to the Games then went to Game Properties and typed "-w" on the Command Line Arguments. Now it's working like charm! Thanks for the tip by the way, and sorry for the reply. This game is really fun!
