I would suggest locking the thread than, as there are over 20 pages including admin comments, which would confuse anyone.

Topic split. @ragehavoc, or we could also simply delete all comments that are not 'thank you-messages'. While experience shows that this does not exactly please people, it shouldn't be a big deal if done consistently. And: it would still enable people to post thank you-messages in those Fixes-threads, which would not be the case if the threads are locked completely. The original idea behind the Fixes-threads was to post some sort of guide/tutorial, to allow people to express their gratitude, and then also to delete any other comment/question that was not a thank you-message.

By the way, the posts that you are referring to as "admin comments" are for the most part - either directly or even indirectly (!) - reminders for people to post discussions elsewhere.

And next time, if you wish to discuss about these things or want to make suggestions, please open a new thread in the correct section straight away. Concerning suggestions, we even have a special subsection for these:

It's because the download is split into several parts, and the Admin is going to release a torrent for it, later. As the OP isn't going to post back about the original problem I guess, I'll close the thread now. Smile
