Camera problem [SOLVED]

Since I installed last fix my camera does not work in the game like after.I can not turn up and down and I can not get down  and turn around who could see the ceiling. Ihope you understand me   Before I could do with middle button And now it does not work.The settings are as before but the camera does not work just the same.
