Civilization V GOTY

I have Civ V but it seems Skidrow has decided not to do the GOTY or get up to date on the current patches, which keeps me from using alot of the mods, any way u wonderful people could get the GOTY edition of the CIV 5?
** i might add that im very pleased with G4TW, as a long time Skidrow fan im finding that more of the downloads i use are G4TW, so great job guys, and keep up the good, no, great work. im a loyaltist so getting me to switch is no small feat.
