Called ixoFileCopy out of sequence

Hey guys,
So I've searched the forum for the response to this problem but did not find anything. If I missed something I apologize. Anyway so I believe this is a Windows 10 error and Sims 4 combo problem. Once it reaches updating registration I receive the error posted in the post title. I have reset my PC twice now, turned off antivirus while torrent was downloading and finally redownloaded three times. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue?

That one is new!
Did you move the game to another folder as instructed?
Please, try renaming your "The Sims 4" folder inside your documents to see what happens, and running the game directly in it's folder "as administrator" (right click) instead of using a short cut may help.

Do you mean the installation folder? The program hasn't even downloaded

Do you have a torrent client installed?

Sorry I meant installing! I have had a tiring week filled with senior college stuff so brain is a little out of it. Anyway I have BitTorrent downloaded and UnRar. The product has been downloaded as well as the ultimate fix.

You need to wait until the entire download actually comes to your computer (complete / 100%) before you can do anything with it.
Take a deep breath, rest a little, drink some tea, come tomorrow to your computer and try to see everything with fresh eyes, it will be easier, at least a little bit
You can even watch my video above if you want to see how I do install the game on my computer (and a "few" other people who watched and had success with it, plus it has all the links to most of the stuff you should need for Sims 4).

Well...So I switched to WinRAR and somehow that worked, any idea why? I'm an engineer so I do understand basic computer science stuff.

Well, I think, since they are in .RAR archives, WinRAR is well suited to use for extracting them.
