CAS Bug, skin problem with sliders (latest version)

I couldn't find anything on the forums about this so I hope it's not just me. I've recently reinstalled the game with all the latest G4TW downloads and I've got everything up to date. When I'm assigning a male sim a jacket similar to the one in the picture below (where the chest shows through) I get this weird raised skin graphical glitch that occurs when I pump out the chest. You can see as I move the "chest slider" back the raised skin becomes more flush with the neck skin. It's almost as if the neck isn't moving with the skin from the jacket and so you get this weird raised gap. I've tried it on a few other outfits that expose the same skin and have seen similar issues but it doesn't seem to affect everything. Any ideas? Is this just a bug with the ultimate patch?

No it's an outfit that came with one of the stuff packs. It happens with other outfits as well.
