babyz setup.exe not working

Hello, I've recently downloaded the Babyz game. Extracted files using WinRar, but every time I click setup.exe, nothing happens. I read i the instructions that it might take a while, but i've carried on doing things for well over an hour and nothing happens. I've also tried running as administrator. I'm currently using windows 10, will that cause a problem?
