Hello,
I heard from many people having all kinds of issues with "upgrading" to Windows 10. I myself used a clean install, with a Windows 10 .ISO that I pirated from somewhere. Personally, I suggest you stick to Windows 7, which for me is (still) the best Windows - ever.

I did the upgrade to Windows 10 from a legal version of 8.1. No issues.
Though I would be very careful upgrading from a pirated version to be honest.

Hi there,
I heard that Windows 10 moves your old license to the new operating system, implying that it laundries your illegal version.
You might still have to re-activate it after that, for Windows 10.
But also Carlos suggested, I also suggest doing a completely clean installing if you plan to move to Windows 10. I'm sticking to Windows 7 & 8 myself for now.

Re: Updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10. [SOLVED]
Thanks for the replies guys! I have decided to stick with Windows 7, I have been using it for years and I also have it in my older computer, I read that it also has many privacy problems, I guess that a flashy new look and features that I don't need right now are not worth the problems that come with it

Good choice. Windows 10 looks nice and all, but...it has other 'disadvantages'. If you know your way around them, then it may be fine, but that's probably not the case with the average user.
Have fun again, and as usual, feel free to get back to us anytime again. Problem solved, topic closed.
