Mini Bluetooth Keyboard with Touch Pad - Can't Connect with 0000 or 1234 Passwords for both Android Phone and Windows PC

Hi there! Does anybody know how I can connect my bluetooth keyboard to either my Windows 10 PC or my Android Phone. Both can see the keyboard while in pairing mode, but I can't connect with either 0000 or 1234 passwords (that use to be the default). Entering a custom password in the bluetooth keyboard and pressing Enter did not work either.

Since I am using Windows 10, I can't right click the device to "connect without password" like it could be possible for Windows 7 or earlier, even if I try to install the Bluetooth device from the Control Panel, the Bluetooth Interface is all Metro
Same problem with my Android Phone.
Any advice is more than welcome, I'd really appreciate it!

That's what I did last Thursday (opened a case at eBay). Since I got no replies, and I did not find the information I need anywhere.
I found a couple of posts of people having problems with Bluetooth keyboards, but no answer that actually works, so I thought that it could be a "double win", as we'd get more people to the forum and, at the same time, I may get some kind of reply from someone who perhaps faced the same issue with Bluetooth keyboards.
Let's see what happens. I will share the solution I get here, if and when I find one

I think the item is defective, since the seller refunded me, no questions asked 
Now I have to think well before I buy another one. I will fiddle around this one a bit more (since it's supposed to be broken anyway) and I will keep you posted

Ahh, sorry to hear that.
At least they easily refunded you. I see they sent it from China. Chinese companies are usually very nice when it comes to sending replacements or refunding.

But you have to buy through eBay using paypal.
I once bought an item using PayPal that was supposed to have free shipping, but when the invoice came, they charged me shipping. I immediately send them a cancellation order, which they refused. I opened a dispute and after two weeks PayPal refunded me the item AND the shipping fee, even against the company's will, since it was just wrong advertising (the company very likely found a loophole in the system, since ebay showed me zero shipping fee, paypal showed same, then the confirmation email AND the credit card charged me one dollar for the item and ANOTHER dollar for shopping, why would I pay twice the price if there are lots of other sellers offering the same item for the very same price also with free shipping?).
Thankfully it was not the case with the seller of this keyboard, they were nice and refunded me, no questions asked. Now I will fiddle around more aggressively to see if I get it working, or I will try buying another model (or maybe I send them a message asking if they want me to try buying another keyboard from them again, since maybe I just got a defective item, sad thing is that I lost the non refundable Brazilian tax, which was about 40% of the item value

Coincidentally I received THIS one today. It works perfectly with my television, plug & play.
I think it's a great product for that (low) price; it has all the buttons you could ever wish for. (And even a trackpad/mouse)
P.S. There is a version with or without a built-in battery pack. Mine is without one.

Cool! It's about the same one that I have here. Is yours Bluetooth or radio? I like the price you got! And it's being sold in Canadian Dollars, which makes it even more attractive to me (my card is Canadian, so it's cheaper).
I think I got mine working after fiddling around a bit, recharging, discharging, typing the password here and there.
Not sure what I did right, but I got it paired with my main PC, at least once.
I got great news about it! Just received my 4 GB from China, so now I have 6 GB and maybe I will be able to play with Sims 3 again, yay!!
At least browsing and Minecraft should be much better now, hopefully! Video should play better too. I'll keep you all posted

I just tried it out with my laptop, and it worked plug & play!
Only warning I got was from my anti-virus software, telling me a new keyboard was connected.

How did you pair them? Did you just type the password that windows showed on your screen or did you use a "standard" bluetooth password like 1234?
