I have the update Sims 4 game I got from this website of course, if I were to actually purchase "The Sims 4 Dine Out" would I still be able to install it and play it using the torrent and not the physical bought game?

Hello,
right now you can't mix and match pirated and legal versions of The Sims 4 addons.
You can play:
a) everything pirated
b) buy base game and addons
