Sims 4 Free Full Trial Help!

I was wondering if I downloaded the free sims 4 trial would I be able to switch the files over to my cracked version so I'd have an updated game or would that not work? I want to play with the new gender customization, but we're probably not going to get a crack for a long time.

no you can't do that because you'll need to created or download someone elses crack, but there still aren't any cracks. You can either play pirated The Sims 4 or The Sims 4 Trial. 
Right now, sadly you can't play newer updates of The Sims 4 (gender custumization, new NPCs, DLCs...).
