Latest Ultimate Fix "Initialization error at start up"

Hello, this is the first time I've tried to install a cracked version of Sims 4. I followed all of the instructions in the "How to install the Sims 4 correctly," as well as the instructions that came in the PDF of the ultimate fix (version 1.20.60.1020,) and the help thread for this specific error. When I try to launch TS4_x64.exe, my screen turns black and the game crashes with this error

"Unable to start: Initialization error at start up.
[135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000]"

I installed the expansion packs and ultimate fix in the order listed on the instructions, added every folder to my antivirus' exceptions, turned off windows defender, made sure Origin was not running (it does not show up in my task manager when I try to launch the game), I am using the correct .bit exe for my computer, I added the .exe to my firewall's exceptions, re-applied the ultimate fix and rebooted my computer, and moved the installation folder out of the Electronic Arts folder and into Program Files (x86). I have not tried to add any CC or Mods and I do not have any old versions of the Sims 4 anywhere on my computer, legitimate or otherwise. Sorry, I'm kind of stumped...  Thank you.

Let's assume that you installed basic, Get to Work, Get Together correctly.
The update 1.20.60.1020 is a .rar folder, so you must extract the download into a new folder.
In that new folder you select all folders and copy them to your installation folder f.e. C:\Program Files(x64)\The Sims 4.
Make sure you do not copy them into any other folder in the directory of the Sims 4.

Yes, I did that. I extracted the download with 7zip into a new folder and copied and replaced all of the files it told me to.

Just to make sure you copied them correctly.
Open your installation folder of the sims 4 (not the one in My Documents)
In the main directory, do you see f.e. GP03 and SP07 ?
If not, you  pasted the new folders into an existing folder.

Yes, the folders GP03 and SP07 are both in my installation folder in Program Files (x86).

Does that mean that you had an official Sims 4 installed previously ?
If so, how did you remove the old installation.?

No, I have not. I haven't tried to install a cracked version of Sims 4 before, but I have never had any official copy of the game. I had the Create-a-Sim demo way back when, but I removed it.

you should extract The Sims 4 Base Game installer using WinRAR. As I read you used 7zip, but every compressing program uses diferent methods of compressing, so that could lead to mentioned error.
