Can't install .sims3packs Empty Can't install .sims3packs

I downloaded Pets, got it all patched and working. but now i can't install .sim3packs. it tells me that my game is not updated and i have the newest patch update. can someone help me please?

WhitePath you are on pc, you can try this. I'm not sure it would work on MAC, but if someone tries, please let us know if it does.
