Sims 4 Won't Go Past Load Screen

I was having the problems installing it but finally after I messed with my anti virus stuff it actually opened with no errors. However, it now opens and acts like its going to play and then it comes to the screen where the green thing is spinning and trying to give you tips on how to play but it just freezes after about 2 minutes of doing that. 
I'm not able to even exit out of the program after it freezes. The song continues and doesn't skip. I'm not even able to pull up pages that are behind the program. The only way to exit out of it is to either sign out, restart, or end it with task manager but my task manager has to be on my other monitor or I can't see it to click on it.

Did you install The Sims 4 in this order: Base Game -> Get to Work -> Get Together -> Ultimate Fix? If not please download missing addons and try again.
