Limited Edition Lots Not Working

Hello, I've noticed recently that Limited-Edition lots such as the Pet Store or Ice Lounge haven't been working for me, as in they don't show up in-game properly. The names of the lots are numbers, such as 4 and 10. I don't think it's because of a mod, either. Just in case, I have Portrait Panel and Woohooer. Is there a way I can fix this so they work properly?

Have you tried to reinstall these lots? Were they working before? If you place them, do they work properly?

Thanks for replying. I have tried reinstalling the lots, but they still don't work properly. They haven't worked properly at all since I tried installing them. When I place the lots, the building doesn't have any of the items it came with in the download. (e.g. Ice Lounge doesn't have the ice furniture in it when I place the lot.)
