Usually someone who is better with computers than most of us.   But seriously, I know a bunch of people who - for various experimentation purposes - have purchased or re-assembled old (desktop) computers. Or maybe there is some oldskool PC game they would (also) like to play again? And since modern operating systems mostly won't run on old hardware, it's time again for the likes of Windows 95 or 98 to shine.

Really? I play with my friend on windows 7 some games from 80s and 90s.Hey, I posted a problem on In-game support forum and you helped me last time would you mind to check it if you know a solution. Its more of an ask for an advice and its a quite common problem.
