i am still getting eggs from the easter event in my G4TW version of sims4... i have been to the gallery in online mode via the demo through origin trick, so the game itself should know (in theory) that it is well into May by now and to stop with the eggs already... is anyone else having this issue or am i just overlooking something very simple?

I don't think the game records in-game time or date. As far as I can tell, this issue should have been fixed by the latest update. You can get the "Ultimate fix" (which is a cracked update for our Sims 4 release), from the opening post in this topic here:

Apply the included files according to the included instructions, and you should be fine. Good luck !

thank you for such a speedy response! i had just downloaded the ultimate fix a few days ago and did not even notice a new one was just uploaded yesterday as well! ty again!

I thought I'd bump the thread, now that I saw it again. Smile  As for me, I haven't encountered any new easter eggs, as of now. So it seems that the new patch indeed seems to have removed those.

about these eggs,, i still have them in my collections list, and I'm curious is it possible to finish this collection now that the event is over, and we can't access the gallery anymore,, and will it go away eventually, or be an active event again? I played it last spring, but this spring my laptop died and couldn't,, now I have a new one, with new save game and it kinda bothers me that it just stays unfinished, cause I'm finishing my collections now that I'm waiting for city living,, =)
