Social event problem

Whenever I click the new social event option on either the cell phone or in the calendar the pop up appears but it is just completely white and I’m not able to click on anything apart the X to close the window.
Also when I accept an invitation to a party or something it loads and then as soon as I get there the game just freezes.
I’ve searched everywhere for the same problem and I can’t find anything. I’ve removed all mods and cc and completely deleted and reinstalled everything and it’s still happening.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. (This is not the same as removing mods and CC, so do it.) If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I was at work. I tried the documents thing as well as completely deleting everything and reinstalling it and it didn't work.

Alright. Delete "Game_" folder, delete those files:
game/bin/python33.dll
game/bin/python33_x64.dll
And from "The Sims 4 - Get Famous.7z" extract just those two files:
delta/ep06/resourceclient.cfg
delta/ep06/resourcesimulation.cfg
And if that doesn't help, run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".
