I cant install the the sims 4 base game

so i extracted the folder but not all of them were extracted so its like this

and when i try to install it, it showed me this

even when i extracted the setup file one by one i still cant install the game.
any idea how to fix it?
 i use windows 7 pro with 64bit OS
and i have the program files (x86)

Have you tried running "The_Sims_4_Setup.exe", the one with the plumbob icon, for installing? Did you use WinRAR for extracting? I'm not sure why so many people are getting this error, but if I remember correctly, you can choose NOT to install these "visual c++" runtimes, in the installer, by simply not ticking the box, when the option shows up.

I cannot remember exactly anymore, but I'm sure one of the windows in the installation process has a box that says "install visual c++". You have to look very closely. And - I can only speculate - that you should try to NOT mark that box when it shows up.

I would have to see for it myself, but unfortunately I don't have much time right now. We were also thinking of releasing a "Base game [FIXED]" for The Sims 4, because of all these issues. But we'll see.
