Where are the other downloads?
On the site, you appear to only have 3 EPs and the base game. Wikipedia says there are 9 Stuff packs and 4 game packs. Where are these? Are they included in these downloads, but are not listed in the instructions (or anywhere) that they are included? And if they aren't hosted, why?

Hello and welcome to the Forum first of all,
The explanation you are looking for can be found here.
And clicking on the link named "THESE" in turn will lead you to this Forum post here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly
And in the last step it is mentioned the minor DLC are all included within these bigger packs. It may look a bit confusing, yes, but then again having this notice at the very top on the downloads-page should normally suffice.

Re: Where are the other downloads?
That is thew most hidden and unclear explanation I've seen, that downloading a game and 3 expansions somehow installs another 13 expansions. Also "You now have all DLCs" without mentioning that the other DLCs themselves had been downloaded seemed to me like you had deliberately/mistakenly given us these 4 DLCs that we downloaded.

Re: Where are the other downloads?
As the "game-crackers" like Reloaded and Skidrow do not think it's worthwile to crack every individual expansion-, game- or stuffpack and release these only in bundles, you won't find downloads on the internet for separate packs.
Sofar we have basegame, 1 FP, 3 EP's, 3 GP's and 9 SP's packed in 4 downloads:
Basegame
Get to Work
Get Together
Dine Out (=now included in City Living)
City Living

That could be an area of improvement indeed. Should we add a disclaimer at the beginning (of the must-read thread/download site) listing the contents of the individual DLC...? That is indeed a possibility.
You should note that this particular download format is a peculiarity on G4TW here: major TS4 updates are named after expansion packs, and they are kind of like milestones. So e.g. the Get to Work download includes everything up to Get to Work, even if it's not explicitly stated. The Get together-download includes stuff from "in-between" Get to Work and Get together (items such as Spa Day or Perfect Patio). It sounds complicated, but in its entirety the current process is like a progressive build-up.
Before you ask, theoretically it would be doable to release individual DLCs for TS4, but in practice we're most likely not going to do that due to technical issues, although I will check again at the end of the game's lifespan. There will definitely be a "complete edition" though.
Your criticism has been duly noted, and we will see what we can do to make this entire installation & download process more transparent. Take into consideration though that the basic download format is not going to change, unless the scene groups cracking the game found a way to properly separate individual DLC. And in the end, everybody has the choice of whether or not they download the stuff.

I would like to ask you to please consider Forum Rule #3, the next time you have a question.
We don't mind criticism at all, but you can be critical without being hostile, thanks.

Re: Where are the other downloads?
I have succesfully created a method where each and every DLC can be downloaded separately.The_gh0stm4n wrote:

However it needs a lot of complicated work prior to installing these DLC's and this work must be repeated each and every time a new DLC is released.
(It works now upto and incl. City Living, but all has to be re-done after Vampires)
It would most definitely result in a lot of errors when instructions are not followed up exactly, especially as a new folder in the section \user\Documents must be created.
As @The_gh0stm4n stated correctly, this method is only virable at the end of the lifespan of The Sims 4.
Of course I'm still working on a more simple solution, but till then you'll have to live with the present situation of bundled DLC's
In case you wish to reduce the size of your game, you can - once you have installed and played everything - simply remove the folders, f.e. the SP's from your installation-folder.
Exceptions: Basegame, Backyard and City Living.
Note: When you add these folders again later on, you will, most likely, not see the Welcome screen for these items again as they are still incorporated in your folder in Documents.

Re: Where are the other downloads?
User @bomberswarm2, I also allowed myself to censor part of your hostile opening post. I'd also like to add, that if you paid close(r) attention to the way how scene groups release new updates for TS4, you would have noticed that they "don't mention anywhere" either, that their releases contain all foregoing DLC, and not just the latest one (which is used as the name of their torrent typically).
As said, we will see to making this install process more transparent, but other than that, feel free to get your stuff elsewhere if you don't like it here. Makes life easier for you (and us), since you don't appear to really have any other substantial or helpful hints for improvement.
And yes, you can consider this a warning.

Re: Where are the other downloads?
@bomberswarm2
Just to clarify things:
Sofar we have 4 G4TW downloads for the Sims 4
1. The Sims 4 is basegame only
2. Get to Work (version 1.5.139.1020) contains EP01, FP01 and GP01
3. Get Together (version 1.13.104.1010) contains EP02, GP02, SP01, SP02, SP03, SP04
4. City Living (version 1.25.136.1020) contains EP03, GP03, SP05, SP06, SP07, SP08, SP09
At this moment we are anxiously waiting for:
* update basegame version 1.26 (Toddlers)
* GP04 - Vampires
* SP10 - Bowling (not even officially released as yet)
For those who do not know what all the FP,EP,GP,SP's mean:

EP01 = Go to Work
EP02 = Get Together
EP03 = City Living
