Cant Open Sims3LauncherW have a error

can anyone upload Sims3LauncherW.exe(new) all of the sims 3 expansions(including Pets)
my nod32 scanned the launcher and quarantined it. when i open the launcher it says
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000007b)"
if u guys know how to fix this
please help me or please upload the new Sim3LauncherW.exe

ultimate fix doesn't have any launcher...

Yes, I understand, but with "Apply" I mean following the instructions that come with the Fix.
Read the included "# Installation Guide.pdf" and/or watch this video: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1889-how-to-apply-the-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-instruction-video-new on how to apply it.

i did "Apply" it .. i dont know how do i fix this
i can open the game but i cant open the launcher itself
and it always have this error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Well, if the game works... - Do you really need the launcher?

YES! i think my nod32 is always detecting all of my exe files
and cleaning it, when the cleaning is done boom! different error appears
i think the problem is my nod32
so can u upload a Sims3LauncherW.exe in a rar
that i could have a backup

Hello,
You really don't need the launcher to play the game.
You can always set your antivirus to notify you but not clean by itself, so you can select which files to clean and which not to.
