Lots from the Sims Resource not fully furnished?

Ok, so I downloaded a few lots from the Sims Resource. Tried to place them in Newcrest and one of them was perfectly fine, but the other two were missing a lot of the furniture and interior items including the wallpaper. I know I did everything correctly, but when I placed the first lot a message popped up but I accidentally closed it before I could read it all the way. Said something about items not being in the game but I don't quite remember, but I haven't been able to replicate the message. Anyways, some help would really be appreciated, I don't know what else I can do.

First off: I know it is difficult to do, but try not to click away error messages straight away. It's just making things more difficult in the end.   That said, are you using the TS4.exe or the TS4_x64.exe for running the game? Have you tried running the executable you are using as Administrator?

Have you also tried downloading other lots in the meantime, and have there been any issues with those at all...?
