City Living shows llamas?

Hi! I recently downloaded the City Living, followed the directions in doing so, however when I get on my game, the new world shows a picture of a llama. Then once I go into that world it is a gray screen. So I tried going into another world. My sims have parts of their bodies blacked out (mouth/jaw, arms), even in the create a sim screen, all sims have this issue. Then once I click on the sims to play them, it takes me back to menu to pick a world. Any ideas on what is going on or how I can try to fix it? Thanks! I tried going back through to make sure I copied all files.

Do you have any custom content or mods installed, if so, please temporarily remove all of them. The fact that you get thron back to the neighborhood screen could be an indicator of an outdated mod.
