SIMS 3 BLANK RETRY OR QUIT (MAC) *PLEASE READ/HELP*

Hello i recently downloaded sims 3 from a torrent site and I watched videos on how to open the program without having to insert a disk after successfully doing that i just had to change around a plist file.whenever I load up the game its fine but as soon as i get to neighbourhoods a blank retry or quit menu comes up and when i click retry nothing happens so i have to quit i don't know what to do. the torrent only told me to find the sims 3.app and then send it to my desktop which i did Crying or Very sad

Welcome to the forum.
We don't officially give Mac support, but we are happy to try. Since you downloaded it from another source, we have to know whether it is a modified installer. Did you install the base and expansions one by one, or was it the type of installation that installed them all at once.

If you installed all of the expansions separately, we can probably help. Go to this page and follow steps 2, 4 and 5. Take not that therte are different download links for Mac Smile
