TheSims3 Help Needed if you can!

:newfag: Hello,I am new here.
I would like some help with the Sims 3.First of all i have to tell you that i have download The Sims 3 and the expansions packs from your site.My problem is that i cannot import via Launcher downloaded sims or clothes and other stuff.I also cannot export created sims by me.Now,i have uninstall the game and i would like Admin to do the set up via Teamviewer in English language of course.I hope you can help me.

Hello again.
Well i just notice something.I went in to my Control Panel to uninstall the Sims 3 base game and the expansions and i notice that it doesn't show the icon of the Expansion Pack The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff and i thought that your crack for this expansion pack won't work and that's why i have the import/export problem via launcher.

Where did you download The Sims 3: Outdoor Living Stuff from?
