Trying to update. [SOLVED]

I'm currently trying to update to 1.29, but the launcher keeps telling me I have an invalid file.
I've done everything in the newly updated ultimate fix up to step 13. I've read through the instructions a couple times to make sure I was doing them properly, which I did. I have all the expansions, and all stuff packs except town life and fast lane. I only got Pets from you. Any clue what it could be?

You never know with mods though, so don't rule it out just yet. But I think you should be able to update manually.
