Riverview, Barnacle Bay, & Hidden Springs Install Help. [SOLVED]

I am trying to install Riverview, Barnacle Bay, & Hidden Springs. I moved the sims 3 pack files to my downloads folders to install them with the launcher, but they don't show up on the launcher or in my game. I found instructions on another forum saying to use Delphy Sims3Pack Multi Installer to extract the packages, and to put them in the Mods/packages folder manually. Will this work? Or is there another way of installing these? Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, try to place them in: Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Downloads then you can enter in Launcher to install them.

There's no need to use Delphy's installer.

That is what i have been trying to do. But for whatever reason they are not showing up in the launcher.

Did you try just clicking the .sims3pack file and installing them one by one?
