Can't Install Hidden Springs. [SOLVED] Empty Can't Install Hidden Springs. [SOLVED]

Okay, so i know custom content isn't installed the same as an expansion pack ect. I have the launcher opened and tried to install it on the downloads section, but all it's doing to stalling and if i hover over the play button, minimize button or close button there is a 'can't do this' sign haha. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Any suggestions?

What if you doubleclick the sims3pack?
