APPCRASH (SIMS 4) - I try everything!!!! Here is a picture of my problem! HELP!

Please HELP!!!
I installed Sims 4 according to the instructions, and also I read almost tips, ant apply it, but nothing change!
Actually when I installed all game with expansion, first time when I played, it was OK, but when I second time
launch game, after 5 minutes of playing it happens this:
