Proxy error in bf3.exe

It says:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /eaaccess3register.do;jsessionid=3208D5E4D4CEEC76A30125D7CA1CFAB3.007105.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Whenever I try to create an account

Now I'm just getting 'system error, please try again later'

That's fine, I guess I'll just keep trying unless I can find a way to do everything without using that way.
