Gallery requests.

hi there. i am new to your forum. ı guess ı need to learn some rules about here.
what can ı do to open a topic at gallery segment. when ı clicked to post it.
it says :

It has been temporarily closed so we can catch up on the current ones in the section. There are currently only two of us doing the gallery so things are not always fulfilled at the speed of which they come in. I am working on the gallery requests starting tomorrow morning. Once they are complete, the section may be open to posts again.
