Unable to save language settings in RldOrigin.ini

i'm sorry if this question doesn't belong here, but i didn't find anything like it when i searched on the forum.

As for many others my game language changed after installing vampire and toddler game pack. 
but i remember that this has happened before so i searched the forum to find the guide i used before

last time it worked perfectly fine when i did this but now, for some strange reason, i can not save the change in RldOrigin.ini  a window pops up and says that the file already exists and asks if i want to replace it. i say OK and then another window pops up and says that i'm not allowed to make changes. 

Does anyone know what i can do about this ? i'm not very good when it comes to these things..
and sorry for my bad english, i'm from sweden but i hope you guys can understand what i'm trying to say

Some languages are not available in the latest update.
Download the languages. HERE
Extract with Winrar, copy/paste folders to The Sims 4 in Program Files

You still have to make the necessary adjustments in RldOrigin,ini of course

i did somehow manage to solve my problem just now also. i don't really know what i did but somehow i found a place where i could give myself permission to change things in RldOrigin.ini  
i'm going to download the languages now that you send and hopefully it will work!
