Windows 10 update Empty Windows 10 update

Since I updated to the new windows 10, my Sims does not work anymore, I started getting the error that Origin is not running so I upgraded to the new patch. But now get stuck on the green diamond and it stays there. Anyone else has that issue?? If so what is the fix?

Hi there,


Have you tried the fix here for infinite loading? If the origin error still pops up, try to download the .dll files again here. Updating your windows might cause the anti-virus to 'run' again and deleted some files.

My windows is also updated and I have no problems, I did do loads of exclusions in my Windows defender however. No Windows defender keeps on telling me that it could not scan all files, but hey, that's what I want. Smile
