HELP PLS

Hi there

I have followed the process of installation down to a T.
Yesterday I tried to start my game after completing the "how to install Sims 4 correctly guide",
following my character creation upon attempting to move into my house, or build the new restaurant lot my game would freeze ... and the green icon would spin perpetually.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..... i came on the forum and downloaded the ultimate fix ... installed it ... now my game starts but all DLC has been wiped .... FUU!

no get to work, no living together, no toddlers, nothing .... just the bare game ... even though yesterday I had them all *TRIGGERED*

Did the ultimate fix strip all DLC from my game in order to apply the path ?
Any tips greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Are you talking about this update-only fix here ? If yes, then your DLCs have is lost. The fix for the infinite loading can be found here. Also, the newest patch is actually here.

And it is not an ultimate fix. It is the update only fix

These are only for those that want to play a patched base game only.
Do not add to a game with DLC, or you will lose your DLC.
