City Living neighborhood missing

Hi! First of all, thank you so much for providing us this wonderful game!!

I have downloaded it over and over, but still i could not see the new neighborhood San Myshuno. I feel like im missing out.

when i downloaded the Vampire GP (even without San Myshuno), i could play the game properly.

so when i realized im missing that neighborhood, I uninstalled everything, downloaded everything again, and after every step in City Living download, still no San Myshuno.

Help please!!!
