No household showing up at the bottom? Empty No household showing up at the bottom?

So I just finished downloading and installing everything posted. Once the patch was done I went into game and it loaded up fine until I opened a household and at the bottom where the household sims are supposed to be there is nothing. And if I click the sim info tab it says Simsfirstname and Simslastname instead of my sims name eg. John Smith.
What do I do?

I tried making a fresh household and bought a house but after loading it kicks me out back to the map Sad

I see, so the names/households appear now? Have you updated to the latest patch here ? If yes, try to move out your Sims 4 folder from documents and run the game again.

No the names and household don't appear I didn't even get to live mode it just kicked me out back to the map. And I took out the Sims 4 folder but what now? I have no saves or anything.

Do you have any mods installed? If yes and since you took out the sims 4 folder, is the bug still there? If yes, I'd suggest re-installing the game pack by pack to see where the error starts.

I can control the sims and see the household now but theres this glitch where it keeps saying friendship plus? Like that animation that your sim gets if their relationship is improved keeps popping up even while they're sleeping

Do you still have mods in your game? A user had the same problem and it seemed it was caused by a mod. If yes, like stated above, try running the game without mods and see if that fixes it.
