Crashing when trying to go into world

Hello, I'm having a problem with my sims 3. Whenever I've try to play and try to get onto a world, it would load till the end, not completely, probably by 95 percent and suddenly crash. Whenever I try to get onto a world, the game suddenly just crashes and a pop up shows up saying "a problem has occurred, windows is finding a solution to the problem and will notify you when we do." I've already uninstalled everything and downloaded it again but its still the same. I FOLLOWED all the instructions and downloaded the ultimate fix, and followed the instructions too. But it's still the same, and crashes every time. Please help.

fyi, I have downloaded the sims 2 and no problem has occurred. only the sims 3 has had a problem

I have already disabled it. It isn't crashing but it wont load to the world. Its been like this for the past 15 minutes. My computer is a 32 bit laptop if that helps with solving the problem please let me know
