Question about installing

I have The Sims 4 all the expansion packs and stuff packs except kids room, backyard, bowling night, and fitness also missing the following game packs: parenthood, vampires, and dine out. Is there a way to install the ones I am missing without uninstalling the ones I have already paid for?

Yes there is but I wouldn't recommend it though.
Install the G4TW downloads of City Living, Toddlers & Vampires, Parenthood and Fitness.
From then on you must not allow Origin to update your games because when you do that ALL pirated expansions will be rendered useless.
Also Origin must not be active when you play the Sims 4. You can no longer access the Gallery.

In your case I would:
Leave the original bought games as they are (nicely in Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4.
You can still update via Origin and access the Gallery.

In addition:
Download and install ALL G4TW packs (base game, Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Toddlers & Vampires, Parenthood and Fitness - in that order)
Look carefully at the instructions HERE
When that's all done open the file Default.ini in Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin and copy it to your new installation folder for the cracked game, again The Sims 4\Game\Bin

You can now play both versions, your bought games with Origin active, your pirated games with Origin switched off.
I admit that it still is not perfect because - as an example - when you play with vampires in your pirated game, you won't see them in your original game.

Second Best solution:
Forget about your bought games and completely switch over to the pirated games

Best solution:
Let ZLOrigin update your existing bought game and it automatically will add all missing packs and play it from now on via Zclient and ZLOrigin - see THIS PAGE
Eventually you could play off-line via THIS METHOD
